We inform you that, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the rules of protection of Personal Data Privacy, the processing of information concerning you will be laid out by Plusiders Firm on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights.

1. Data processing methods

1.1 - Data will be collected according to following methods:

1.2 - Data collected according to 1.1 a) will consist in the applicant address, content of the email and attachments, if any;

1.3 - Data collected according to 1.1b) will consist in the information gathered through the form (name, surname, company name, content of the email, email subject).

1.4 - It is forbidden to send sensible or judicial data.

1.5 - We therefore ask you not to provide any sensible or judicial data in your ameil.

1.6 - By entering the email address of the subject with whom to share the advice, the interested party declares to be able to lawfully use this data for the necessary purposes, relieving the Data Controller from any harmful consequences of any nature.

2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

2.1 - Data processing is aimed solely at the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received, both in judicial and extrajudicial settings;

2.2 - The consent to provide the aforementioned data is not mandatory. The refusal, integral or partial, incorrect or not in conformity with the truth, may imply the impossibility of the Owner to give an adequate and correct reply.

2.3 - The consent may be revoked at any time by the interested party.

3. DATA PROCESSING METHODS

3.1 - Data will be processed electronically. Data processing will be based on compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of the privacy and rights of the interested party in full compliance with current legislation.

For exclusively organizational and functional needs, we have appointed some service providers functional to the management of the Site as external managers of the processing of users' personal data for purposes strictly connected and related to the management of the Site. External data processors can be requested by contacting us.

4. Scope of Access
4.1 - Within the organizational structure of the Data Controller, the subjects expressly appointed as Appointees or Managers with reference to the aforementioned purpose may have access to the personal data of the interested party.

5. Scope of data circulation: publicaiton and communication

5.1 - The personal data, subject of this information, will not be communicated or published.

6. Recognised rights and cancellation procedures

6.1 - you may at any time exercise the rights referred to in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR by sending an email to info@plusiders.com, and consisting, among others, in the right of the interested party to ask the data controller for "access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same".

7. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
7.1 - The treatment will have a duration strictly necessary to reply to the e-mail and the possible establishment of communication with the sender, without prejudice to any processing operations subsequent to the termination of the relationship and deriving from obligations established by current legislation, or the need to manage any disputes.

for all purposes of the law, the Data Controller acknowledges that the interested party, having read, understood and fully accepted this information, has consciously and voluntarily provided the data, guaranteeing its lawfulness, correctness, integrity, truthfulness and the possibility of having it available..

No responsibility can be attributed to the Data Controller in the event that the data provided is not lawful, correct, complete, truthful. In this regard, the interested party renounces from now on any action in this regard against the Data Controller.

Sending the email will be considered conclusive behavior for the purposes of acknowledgment, understanding, acceptance of this clause as well as indemnification and waiver of any legal effect.
