Elena Mastromauro
she mainly provides assistance to non-resident taxpayers in relation to international taxation issues. Her areas of specialization include the assistance in matters relating to refund applications submitted by foreign subjects and pending at the Centro Operativo in Pescara, the management of the recovery of taxes due (direct and VAT), as well as the assistance in tax litigation in application of domestic, conventional and EU tax rules.
Significant professional experience has been gained over the years with leading legal and tax firms. In particular, before starting her collaboration with Studio Plusiders, she worked for a decade with the KPMG Law and Tax Firm in Pescara and then for a leading law and tax firm belonging to an international network in Rome.
She graduated in law at the University of Teramo.
She attended the specialization course in "tax procedure and process" at the University of Teramo.
