Domenico Buono provides advice to clients on dealing with financial administration bodies during preventive agreements and rulings, as well as in the pre-litigation and litigation phase.

He gained in-depth knowledge in tax matters starting his career in an important professional firm. During his over ten years of work at the Revenue Agency, he has dealt with corporate control and consultancy, mainly with the interpretation of legislation on corporate tax and corporate reorganization operations.

From 2008 to 2020, he was the national tax manager of the largest agricultural organization in the country, gaining a solid knowledge of the law and taxation of the agro-food sector, as well as considerable experience in dealing with the Public Administration.

He was a lecturer at the Higher School of Economics and Finance and a member of task forces and ministerial commissions. He participated in the working group for the IRES (additional corporation tax) reform and was a member of the Direct Tax Commission of the ODCEC (Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts ) of Rome and of the Commission of ISA (Synthetic index of reliability) experts at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

He acted as speaker in seminars and conferences, and is a lecturer in masters and specialization courses. He is the author of numerous publications in specialist journals and of two monographs on corporate income and extraordinary transactions.

He graduated in Economics from Naples University Federico II.
