assists the clients of the firm in judicial and extrajudicial matters, with a particular focus on corporate taxation, issues of criminal tax and corporate law, and integrated compliance of internal control systems.
He deals specifically with topics related to ESG Sustainability, the implementation of Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 on the administrative liability of entities for crimes, and Tax Control Framework systems under Legislative Decree 128/2015, also in the perspective of adhering to the related Cooperative Compliance Regime, as well as general compliance systems.
He holds the position of President of the 231 OdV in Italian companies.
Before joining Plusiders, he collaborated with a major law firm, gaining significant experience in corporate and tax criminal law.
He graduated in Law in 2013 from the University of Bari.
In 2016, he completed a master’s in Corporate Criminal Law, and in 2017, he attended a short master’s course in international taxation organized by the University of Bari.
