Francesca Rita Martini graduated in Economics at Università degli Studidi Sassari and she attended the Tax Master organized by Il Sole 24 Ore and the Master in International Taxation organized by UniversitàCattolica del Sacro Cuorebased in Milan.
She assists leading multinational and national clients, both listed and unlisted, in ordinary and extraordinary tax issues, she supports the relations with the financial management and provides assistance in tax litigation and advisory.
She also has acquired specific expertise in due diligence and in preparation of valuation reports to manage extraordinary transactions (such as mergers, demergers, conversion and liquidation of companies, transfer of businesses, transfer and purchase of shares and holdings). She actively participates in the structuring of domestic and International operations in energy, fashion, and real estate sectors.
The relevant and extensive experience in the Tax field has been acquired in a primary tax and legal consulting firm.
She’s member of the Board of Auditors of some important Italian companies, some of them belonging to foreign multinationals. Lastly, she’s member of the ODCEC Corporate Law Commission based in Milan.
