Michele Marzano provides tax counsel to multinational corporates regarding ordinary and extraordinary transactions, litigations and how to deal with administrative bodies.

He specializes in corporate taxation, European and international tax law, tax law in the gaming sector, innovation taxation, custom law.

Before joining the Firm, he has been working for two of the most prestigious Italian tax firms, gaining a huge experience in the field of corporate reorganization operations and in tax litigation and pre-litigation.

From 2005 to 2008 he has been a teacher and a researcher. He worked for Bocconi University CERTI (Center for Corporate Tax Research). He regularly acts as a speaker during master programs, professional courses, seminars and conventions regarding taxation.

He is a Subject Expert at the Sannio University.

He published several publications in specialised magazines, mainly about international, European and customs taxation.

He graduated cum laude in Law from Milan Bocconi University, where he also attended a Master in Corporate Tax Law.

He has a Phd in European tax law from the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna and from the University of Strasbourg. His final dissertation was about the legal aspects of coordination between income systems in the European Union.
