Mario del Vaglio
is the in charge of the Real Estate Business Unit. He assists multinational and national groups, asset management companies, mutual real estate investment fund, listed real estate investment companies, REITs and fixed-capital investment companies, with a focus on taxation of extraordinary transactions and of investment property related to Retail parks as well as trade and energy assets.
Furthermore, he is an expert of tax optimization as concerns management and disposal transactions of real estate portfolios, mutual investment found financing, urbanism taxation, private equity, with a wide expertise in tax rulings, litigation and pre-litigation process.
Del Vaglio is a lawyer admitted to defence before all the jurisdictions and the Supreme Court.
He accrued a large professional expertise working for leading law and tax firms as well as a member of scientific committees with trade associations and public institutions.
He graduated with a JD at University “La Sapienza” in Rome, and he is currently Professor of the Master of Corporate Tax Law at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
He is speaker at seminars, University-level master classes and professional specialty classes, author of more than 100 publications in the main industry reviews, as well as encyclopedia entries and miscellaneous works.
