Matteo Moretti
assists national and international clients in tax law matters and in particular in the areas of corporate, trust and planning for generational turnovers, international taxation and in all tax issues related to extraordinary (M&A, investments, joint ventures), transfer pricing and real estate transactions, always combining his knowledge of corporate law with tax law competences. As for generational assets turnover, he dealt, in particular, with art collections. During his professional career he has assisted clients in many industries, including transportation and infrastructures (railway, tyre, energy), fashion, retail, real estate, hotellerie, water and energy (gas and electric), manufacturing. Matteo has also represented and defended several primary groups and companies in litigation proceedings. Matteo is founding partner of Plusiders Studio Legale e Tributario since September 2021. Previously, he carried out his professional career in leading domestic and international realities, having been part in Italy for some years of the Tax Department of an international Firm and, more recently, from 2015 to 2021, having contributed with other partners to the birth and development of the Tax Department of Lca Studio Legale.

Membership: Matteo is a member of IFA, STEP (Society of trust and estate practitioners), IBA (International Bar Association). In recent years he has been lecturer in some Italian universities and panelist in numerous conferences on corporate and international tax law. Matteo has been appointed administrator and statutory auditor by leading Italian groups and member of the Supervisory body.
