She has also a broad experience in structuring corporate extraordinary transactions, financial planning and corporate debt restructuring.
Before joining Plusiders, she worked for Hager & Partners Firm in Milan.
She is a member of various administration and control organizations, and she graduated in Economics from Sassari University.
She attended the XII Edition of Tax Master Program, the part-time specialization Masters "Extraordinary Corporate transactions" and "Corporate Finance", organized by Il Sole24Ore Business School, and the Advanced Training Course "International Taxation and Business Groups" organized by Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University.
She is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of MILAN, with the Register of Statutory Auditors and with the Register of Auditors of Local Authorities.
