Maurizio Fraschini is a lawyer admitted to the Court of Milan and Paris. He advises on M&A, real estate and private equity.
During his career he has gained a wide experience in structuring and implementing complex corporate extraordinary transactions, acquisitions and transfers, as well as in shareholdings of industrial companies, banks and insurance companies, cross-border, private equity and leveraged buy-out transactions. He also detains a recognized expertise in real estate operations and provides a step by step assistance to paramount Italian and International clients, investment funds, asset management companies, developers and investment banks.
Before joining the Firm, he worked in Paris and in Milan Office of Coudert Brothers Firm. He has also worked for many prestigious international and national firms, such as Hogan Lovells and Carnelutti. He has been a salaried partner for Lombardi Molinari Firm for more than a decade.
He is the author of many articles on real estate published by specialized magazines.
He graduated cum laude in 1994 in Law from Milan University after one years spent in Paris attending the Erasmus Program.
