He provides legal and tax advice, assisting clients in both litigation and pre-litigation.
After graduating in Law in Perugia, he completed his specialization at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions "Enrico Redenti" (Alma Mater Studiorum Bologna) discussing a thesis in Civil Procedural Law entitled "La impugnazione incidentale tardiva."
On May 16, 2023 he obtained the degree of Doctor of Laws in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of Sapienza University of Rome presenting a final dissertation entitled "The long road to the recognition of the general scope of the right to defensive participation in tax proceedings."
He has been conducting research in general public law, administrative law and tax law since 2016 and has authored more than twenty publications. Over the years, he has been a lecturer on several occasions at the Master of II level in Tax Law and Business Consulting "Luigi Einaudi" (Sapienza University of Rome), a speaker at Conferences and Seminars throughout the country, and a scholar in both administrative law and tax law.
He has been a member of the Potenza Bar Association since February 2019.
